Whoever complained about the Mets getting home field advantage absolutely had it right. It could very well be the biggest reason the Cubs lose this series.

Granderson has been a solid player for like 10 years. Murphy's a quality player too. The Mets are a good team and I expect an extremely competitive series. I was going to say this but i was too scared I'd be blasted by the "Murphy is a scrub" brigade. He was probably the best Mets hitter over the course of the entire season. Yes, the power is a bit flukey but this happens in the postseason.

you need to not get offended when talking heads pick one of the two teams that can possibly win the series, weirdo he has to come up with some stupid justification for his stupid prediction that means nothing. they all do. there's a difference between picking them to win the series and picking them as WS favorites.

Bill Ripken says the Mets are his WS favorite because their young pitching will beat our young hitting and they "got past Kershaw and Greinke", ignoring the fact that each pitcher beat them once in the series, and Grienke only lost game 5 because of the Dodgers inept offense. What a joke. Go Cubs.
