    If I think someone is being irrational, I'm going to reply to it. Hell, I've even joked about it like everyone else. I don't even go to OH that often. But the idea that posters like those guys would be laughed off of NSBB or banned is so far from reality that it's absurd. Come on, now. Who cares? They aren't at NSBB, and it's not an issue. Obviously David. Obviously. Oh give me a friggin break. I have no emotional investment in OH or the insiders and will never look at that site again once the Roberts deal is consummated (if ever). It does, however, drive me nuts when people talk out of their you know whats. Obviously :wink:

    Yeah but teams are looking at them and not signed them yet and they wouldn't offer any of them a two year 7 mil contract which is what Marquis still has left. Cubs can always eat a couple of million.

    I watch the show. But I don't get the channel Dexter is on, so I have to wait and order the epis from netflix. I just order Showtime when the new season starts and cancel it when it ends. I couldn't wait until DVD.

I think Tim needs to put up a thread hot line for those of us that can't stop thinking this trade will happen. Pretty much. The nice nurse let me out of my straight jacket for few minutes to type that message.

    that sound you hear is the reds signing another reliever lol whats next, a yo momma joke? dusty baker paul bako reds last place these.....are.....so....funny....and.....original....lol? maybe i should make a billy goat or 100 year joke? those are just as original. Nothing more entertaining then a Cubs and Reds fan fighting over futility.

    25 million for a pitcher? I'll probably be 6/110 when it's all said and done. I don't know why Santana would agree to 6/110. Some team will be desperate enough and pay more for him next year. I can see the Yankees or Boston (maybe) paying that much, and if he gets hurt - down year? He'd be crazy to turn that down.

    Not sure if it's directed at me, but I bash Eckstein pretty regularly. I do so b/c a) he was a Cardinal, and b) he was terribly overhyped as a Cardinal. He's no Ryan Theriot, that's true. Course, I never said he was. I just said he got some awards (which I only referenced b/c UMFan posted that pic) he didn't deserve. Quite a stretch from one to the other there. I'm not so sure why everybody is bashing Theriot (and basically lumping him in with stiffs like Neifi Perez and Cesar Izturis). I know his second half wasn't good, but there was an awful lot of "The Riot" love in the first half of the season. Is it completely out of the question that the guy could actually improve in his second major league season? I mean, I'd love to get a better shortstop, but let's not forget who came before him (and how happy everyone was when he replaced them). There is still a reasonable chance that this guy pans out to be a "good-enough" everyday shortstop. Small sample.

    Just reading the latest rumors just pisses me off. Is it safe to assume that Baltimore is the worst run franchise in MLB? Is it even a question anymore?
