I agree. I realize that Chip is better than the majority of announcers out there, but I still think he is very bad. There really aren't that many good announcers out there. This is one more reason I feel lucky the Cubs have an announcer as good as Len. He seems very genuine during his calls, and he also brings alot of knowledge to the booth.

He wasn't that bad. It took me a while to get used to him in '98, but once he got comfortable in the booth and stopped trying to be Harry, he was fine. He just says too much goofy stuff. I may think some of it was funny if I was 10. I'll take Len over him anyday.

I hope the Chipster isn't announcing any Cubs games in the playoffs. I think he is a pretty bad announcer.

I have no doubt that MurtonFan is. He said Corner Gas was one of his favorite shows along with all the other crap he has said. There is no doubt that somebody is laughing at all of us everytime we get into an arguement with them.
