    I feel you pain CPatt. Are we the only Buc fans on the board? The Buc defense outplayed the Bears, but it's hard to stop someone from the 1 yard line.

    Wouldn't LSU go to the Rose Bowl before PSU. I don't know, I'm just asking. I do think LSU is the better team though. PSU is in front of LSU in the BCS as of now, so no. Of course, that might change with LSU still having games remaining. Speaking of which, LSU is only up a TD on Arkansas approaching halftime. Yes, I'm watching that game right now. If Spencer Tillman doesn't quit saying "brother" I'm going to e-mail CBS. He sounds like a wrestler or something.

    I doubt he'll be gone, but he'll probably restructure his contract and we'll pay him $2 million for this season.

    True. However, I still beleive Cpatt is right. Hendry is at his best when he is going out and "getting" someone. And not at his best when he is getting rid of someone. Getting: -Aram & Lofton for B.Hill & JoseK -Nomar & Murton for Agony & 2 Minor League Pitchers Getting Rid: - Sosa for Hairston & Fontenot (plus we payed 12 mil for sammy) - Farnsworth for Novoaa and...uhmm.. - Cruz for Anderson and Pratt There are negatives on both sides, like he got rid of hundley. But he got Macias*. But I think the information points to Hendry being better when he is going after his man. *Not that Macias was "his man" but, still. why would anyone get macias? Hendry got Richard Lewis from Atlanta for Cruz along with Pratt I think Nova can be better than Farnsworth. We also got Moore and a really Toolsy but not much else prospect in Bo Flowers. Also, if you use the same "rental" theory that some here do on getting Pierre, then Detroit was just getting Farns on a "rental" since he was due to be a FA the following offseason. So the fact that Hendry got a solid reliever with good upside in Novoa and a prospect with big league potential in Moore does not look so bad. I think you are using the word solid a little too freely.

    Is that hard to believe? It seems like Novoa lost every single game he pitched in. Do you really think he'd be the 7th option with Dusty managing the pen. Same goes for Macias, you saw how Dusty used him last year. He was the 1st guy off the bench nearly every game.

    We will not get Kotsay while Dusty is here. He's too white. He won't handle all of the day games as well as a black player.
