    Your later statement could prove to be correct. Your former statement indicates that you are no more than 15 yrs old. The Cubs had some bad teams in the mid to late 1970s and the early 1980s. This team is worse. Much, much worse.

    The fact of the matter is that this is an awful baseball team with an outside chance of setting a Cubs historical benchmark for futility. This team has a lot of very bad baseball players and its good players are wildly overrated.
