really? who? i keep hearing sabathia won't be dealt anytime soon. Burnett, a RH power hitter off the bench who can play OF, a decent starting pitcher, anything to improve this team and add a spark. thought you were saying you were hoping for someone specific. yeah, replenishing the troops would be good.

cubs need another frontline starter. regardless, lou can't keep shuffling the rotation to have gallagher pitching every 9-10 days and expect him to stay sharp. i don't get why lou skipped his to start vs the orioles. at this point, i'd be looking at off-days to give dempster an extra day of rest, not to start him as often as possible.
