Muse has played The Pageant here in STL a few times in the past. Similar to Metro. Wow, Hawks are squandering a few chances in close here. Great effort still though. I've only seen them headlining at Lollapalooza, I'm sure they'd be great a small indoor venue.

Tomorrow night im going over to a friends house to play GH and I will last exactly 23 seconds on that song I can finish it on hard now, but it ain't pretty. Thats pretty impressive...my friend rocks out Expert and can't do it on Hard. I played it over and over again on practice. And like I said, I'm not acing it. Just surviving. Still pretty impressive, I love that song. I'd love to see Muse in a small venue. I saw Wolfmother at the Metro and it was awesome.

I take it back, that was a real nice pass by Barker. M.A. Fluery has really looked like crap this game...slow accros the crease, giving up Huet-esque rebounds and holes. Hopefully this will turn the tide and we can have a 3rd period the exact opposite of last game. BTW, the Hawk girls are really hot.

How are we down "fake"? That was pretty obviously above the cross bar, regardless of other calls. Are you kidding? It was GOAL on the ice... there is no conclusive evidence to overturn it. Just like there was no conclusive evidence to overturn the NO GOAL against Minnesota. I just frame by framed it (and im sure the NHL has better technology) and it was no question above the cross bar.

Off a skate!?!?! Honestly, that wasn't Huet at all either, that was Campbell being a weiner in the corner. He had position to the puck and gave it up. Look, on nearly every goal that is scored, you can point the finger at a defenseman or forward for some sort of lapse. That doesn't mean it's not the keeper's job to keep the puck out of the net. Puck comes into the crease, you gotta get the stick down. Look, Huet gives up rebounds, we know this. But in this game hes not giving up the slapper from the point, 10 foot straight to the hash wide open net rebounds. These are a lot different than what hes done in other games. And do a degree, the d-men have to know that their goalie will give up rebounds and bust their buts to the front of the net and block out forechecking forwards to stop these easy goals from happening. I agree that the defenseman are to blame as well. And these are tougher rebounds. But we're going to need better than this. That's all I'm saying. There doesn't seem to be much anticipation from him. He's always a step slow, either post-to-post or on rebounds. I completely agree, just that this deficiencies are less at fault in this game than they have been in other recent games. I hate Huet just as much as the next poster in this thread, but hes not getting any help from his D in this game.

Which is why, no matter that he's above average, he is the wrong goalie for a team full of defensemen known primarily for their skating and passing. TRUTH

There was no need to give a rebound that big on that shot. He needs to control them much better... The fourth one, however... He's always been terrible at controlling his rebounds. while I 100% agree with this, there are shots that you can control the rebound on and there are shots where you can't

That was a shot that you cant fault him for giving up a rebound on though... And a freak goal off a skate...poop! Campbell went pu ssy into the corner there...thats what happened

rough call, but probably right, about 4 inches or so above the cross bar we saw 2 games ago that is has to be conclusive to overturn. that was not anymore conclusive than the one 2 games ago Not commenting on 2 games ago, but this one seemed pretty conclusive
