    How fast can I get his name on the dotted line? Anyone that we sign can/will have issues. If he's working on his life issue and obviously working on the problem, then I say Ink him and let's focus on our other holes.

    I'm pretty depressed this morning too. I guess it could be worse. We could have made it to the World Series and gotten swept by the Sox. I guess that would be worse... Never thought I'd say it, but I wish the Cardinals had won. This sucks.

    Can you imagine a rotation of Prior, Z, Wood, Burnett, Maddux? One can only dream :) That would be beautiful "IF" Burnett's arm is up to snuff.

    Good. I think this should have been done 2 or 3 months ago. If we learn one thing from this, I want to see them add another starter in the off season. Prepare as if Woods won't be there next year.

    Yea, but I think he's still being tested. THe teller is going to be Post "Knee" surgery Bonds. If he comes back and hits .240 with 16 Homers, then we KNOW he is juicing.

    Technically, all he has to do is say he juiced "AFTER" he testified. Well.. unless they find footage of him doping up from before he testified.

    This is kinda sad. I always dug Raffy. A part of me used to wish we would have kept him. Side note: Imagine the type of hitter Mark Grace would have been had he juiced? Wow...

    This close to the deadline, is it really possible to know what Hendry is doing? Meaning... isn't everybody.. including all the big time "Sources" kinda waiting until something's official?

    The more I look at Dunn, the more he just looks like he should be a Cub. I can't quote stats like all you other guys, but he just looks like a Wrigley Field Slugger.... Nasty lookin'

    I want no part of Manny... I "Really" don't like Soriano anywhere other than 2b. I guess both depends on who we give up. I'll wait and see.

    Questioning Dusty's "Thinking Capacity" is... wierd. I've never heard anyone question a manager's thinking capacity. Call him a idiot? Yea. Call him a poor on the field decision maker? yea. Scream for his head? Yea. But questioning his thinking capacity is..... I don't know.... interesting.
