Hear me out, its obvious there is something about this organization that is just foul, but there is no particular part that deserves the whole of the blame. At each level, minor league, the team, the manager, the front office, and the ownership, there is a lack of success and not much of a bright side or potential to cling on to. Is it possible that if the cubs did worse than they are projected to do (68-94), and lose 100 games for the first time since 1966 that we might see the drastic changes that this organization needs? Something doesn't sit well with me when I see busts of our organization leave the ivy walls of Wrigley and succeed with an actually competent coaching staff, and seeing that out of all the products of our farm system, only few have succeeded on the big club in the last 5 years. Wait, this is the cubs, nvm.
