    That's exactly what I'm hoping for this year now. What better time to exact some revenge than to bounce their butts from the playoffs? Revenge is a dish best served cold. Unfortunately, the playoffs would be a bad time to get phyiscal revenge on Renteria, unless we threw a scrub out there.

    There was nothing he could do but throw a fit, and that wasn't going to help anybody. It is already evident to everyone watching that the umps were grossly out of line, Piniella would have been tossed in no time. Who cares if he was suspended again? He needed to show the ump up regardless.

    I went with September because any month were pro baseball and football overlap or are the major focus is good with me. I also enjoy those times when other major sporting events, namely golf, horse racing, Indy/F1 and CWS (particularly when LSU or Baylor are involved) are on the horizon. I see, no love in the poll for the CWS :cry: . Beyond that, no particular month stands out, unless you include the Olympics or World Cup.
