    anybody know anything about these?, because I just looked at some other teams and the Cubs are the only team that i've seen with them.

    man speaks the truth, hopefully it's just a s.t./ picture day thing. high socks = awsome / should be mandatory.

    photo day means the mug shots will be out soon, I love the mug shots !!

    Pierre imo was a classic example of setting up a team around the personel. A Pierre type was one of the biggest needs, becuase with this mananager we need to have a slam dunk no doubt about it leadoff hitter, or else he'll make stupid decisions about who to put there. Pierre was the guy that Hendry could get, and I really bet by the end of the season having Juan Pierre in center and leading off is not going to be near a problem for the success or failure of this team. Giving up 3 pitchers including 2 top prospects (within or system) may have been a bit much, but i'm not sure that they are going to haunt Jim down the line.

    someone needs to tell a couple of the Bucks players that high socks are cool for football and baseball, but basketball not so much.

    and i turn it on, just in time to see them blow the lead and go down by 6.

    Has that always been the sign Cubs players use for "good play" or "good catch" ? Is that the only thing they use? For me, the most noticeable was Alou. I always figured that signal to be "2 outs..." but that wouldn't make much sense in spring training drills... :? maybe the are making jerry work on giving and recieving signs...

    Gooz falls completely off??, nm didn't realize he was 88 last year, Dope's drop on the list is alot bigger (21 to off the list completely).

    I wonder if Dusty learned something over the offseason, because saying that you can't run in the 2nd hole because the walk DLee, contradicts his love of sac bunting in the 2 hole that got Lee walked a bunch last year...

    yeah just because there is no pictures of him doesn't mean he isn't there. I don't think i've seen any pics of Murton, DLee and probably a couple of others.

    Yup i'm pretty sure the 2nd baseman will be batting 2nd, Dusty has said this many times.

    I think it's because everytime we watch him play the Cubs he hits 800 foot home runs every other at bat.

    we already feel like we are entitled to all FAs at a cheaper price. A)Who doesn't want to play for the almighty Cobs?? B) Player X has awesome numbers at wrigley of course he'll sign for less to be here. C) Everybody wants to play for Dusty!!!! (that's less us, and more the myth that surrounds Dusty.)

    :evil: :lol: I skimmed over this saw quotes from lee, didn't really read them, saw the sad face, and was getting worried then saw "Lee says he'd like to stay with the Cubs", and then saw the 2-3 million not changing his life and I was al confused and then I checked the posters name and it all made sense :D.
