That was Northern Iowa. I got to witness this one live. I remember last year when the 2 games were signed for last season's ESPN bracket buster and this one, there was a link to a UNI fan board and they were PISSED about having to play UIC. They were hoping for a better team. UIC 2 wins UNI 0 :D
