the Rays definately have the talent, but with the way MLB is it's had to imagine any team going to the world series 3 out of 6 years. -

Yeah would have been funny to see the Cubs in that scenario. Lou brings Samardijiza in that situation and he walks the bases loaded and then gives up a grand slam to the pitcher on a 3-1 count. What the heck is a pitcher doing hitting in the top of 9th with the game on the line? ;) -
