  1. Haven't read any of the stories on this, how did the NBA land on salary? Did the players get full salary? If the players still got paid, or would only get some pro-rated equivalent to a playoff share for whatever games they would have gotten in a lottery tournament that's a pretty big ask for players to come back and fight for a lottery pick for a team team they might not be on next year
  2. I'm rooting for 7 just for the ridiculousness of it... though with from what I understand from a couple of months ago that not a lot separates the top picks it would be very Bulls to actually jump up to the top 4 this season.
  3. Just need to cap it off with a great head coach hire.
  4. Owners: How about 80 games with weird sliding salary scale Players: How about 114 games Owners: 50 games, full pro rated salaries. Feels like either no season, or the players will end up negotiating themselves to the owners first proposal.
  5. Adam Amin got the PBP job.
  6. I thought they showed it really briefly but didn't really go into the specifics and actually talk about it. That's what I was thinking, I clearly remember them showing him doing something, an announcer saying something along the lines of "Dennis is going to be gone for a while." and then him walking off the court. It may have been something with a player though.

  8. [tweet] [/tweet] and ordering Ahmad Rashad not to speak to Scott Burrell
  9. can't believe it's been 9 years since this series [tweet] [/tweet] I also can't believe how confident I was after that game was over, oops.
  10. had high hopes for this thing and it has absolutely shattered them. 7 & 8 may have been the best episodes. Can't get over him sitting in his locker, chomping on a cigar, playing with a bat, fantasizing about destroying BJ Armstrong. But him going on to buy the Hornets to run them into the ground may have been going too far.

  13. That Nike/Jumpman doesn't have these ready to sell today is a failing.
  14. These are the official blurbs about the remaining episodes Episode 7 As Michael Jordan pushes his teammates hard for a sixth NBA title, his intensity and hunger for basketball dominance is in stark contrast to his mindset in October 1993, when he stunned the world by walking away from the game. Episode 8 Michael Jordan would famously use even the smallest slight imaginable to motivate himself against an opponent. And when his NBA comeback in 1995 fell short in the playoffs, he worked harder than ever to return to form. Episode 9 In May of 1998, nearly a year after Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls fought past Utah in the NBA Finals, their path to a sixth title only gets more challenging, as a brutal seven-game series against the Indiana Pacers decides the Eastern Conference. Episode 10 In June of 1998, Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls face the Utah Jazz in an NBA Finals rematch, looking for a sixth championship and a perfect ending for "The Last Dance."

  18. Khalil Mack's brother is one.
  19. As I was a toddler I wasn't following/don't remember watching the Bulls/Pistons late 80's early 90's run. I can't imagine how incredible that '91 ECF must have been to experience.
  20. ffs they drafted an e-reader
  21. I'm guessing Jalen Hurts or some random guy barely anybody has ever heard of at 50
  22. Did New Era or NFL send 32 hats to all of these players?
  23. I did fast research a couple of months ago in the Bulls thread and it appears that Jerry Reinsdorf has in about 40 years of owning two sports franchises never fired a GM or similar executive... maybe 1 early on (and now Gar). Krause was GM for 5 years after '98 before retiring to be a baseball scout again, and then Jerry brought him back to the White Sox a couple of years later.
  24. could have used about 10 minutes covering the fact that Scottie Pippen's name is actually Scotty Pippen.
