Try perfect game Sorry, sportsline has the cubs down for an error I still don't think the pitcher should be punished for an error made by one of his fielders. Nine innings of no walks and no hits equals perfect game to me.

What's he at for the season? 13? 14? He might be worth a look as a righty power hitter off the bench if we can't trade for anyone. We could do a lot worse. Hopefully he does a lot better the 2nd time around with the Cubs, though. Uh oh, here comes Lou. This ought to be good.

Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww ? Cain vs. Marquis it the only matchup there not in our favor really how do you figure Dempster vs. Lincecum is in our favor? That's a push at best. At worst, it's a slight tilt in Lincecum's favor, even with Dempster's and the Cubs home record this year.

Is he really going to stay sharp on 2 weeks rest? I'd rather start him on regular rest, then push his next start back with the ASG rest.

Who said that? BTW, ASB starts Monday. Corey was talking about the POST-ASG rotation in the booth. He'll be starting the Monday after in Arizona. I had a brain fart and thought he meant THIS monday.
