  1. I definitely underestimated the Jets front 7.
  2. I can only hope this is the start of the GB regression.
  3. A little bit of both. This week, I focused more on FCS than FBS schools. A friend of mine who is much more active in gambling focuses on the Patriot and Ivy Leagues in football and the Ivy and Northeast conferences in basketball. His theory is Vegas can only allocate a certain amount of resources and typically the smaller conferences in both sports can present better value than major conferences. Plus, their transfer portals are more predictable as well as recruiting classes. Don’t you think Vegas has a guide to? Of course, however it's still probably fewer and less talented handicappers covering FCS compared to the Power 5. Let's look at Delaware St @ Norfolk State... Norfolk State (1-5) was favored by 7.5 over Delaware St (3-2). Records don't matter much but all of the computer ranking systems have Del St better. It's not much better but enough to justify +7.5 has a great value even as a ML (+260). It will likely never happen where you would get a better team (both are pretty bad) being predicted to lose by more than a TD like it was.

  5. 1-0 Should have bet Delaware St +7 against Norfolk State. I went 2u on Fordham -13.5 over Stony Brook.

  7. Only one game this week... Stonehill (+14) vs Sacred Heart (1u)
  8. No one forced him to go DB-DB-KR with his first three picks when he knew full well what the offense needed. The fact that he can't make the field as a receiver consistently on *this* roster is the most damning thing you could say about VJJ. I’m not arguing for the picks he made. I’m talking about being disappointed at the performance of late round draft picks thrown into key roles out of necessity I'm disappointed with the product on the field, regardless of experience. I agree it says more that veterans like Patrick, Reiff and Schofield who were brought in to secure this line have been awful. I get they want to get worse before better but doing so at the expense of Fields puts them back further compared to giving him some protection and weapons. It's not a coincidence the current run of bad QBs runs parallel to the current run of shitty GMs and Poles is looking like another one. The opportunity to improve this team is there, they have cap space. OBJ Daryl Williams Quinton Spain They would immediately improve this team and give Fields a chance. It's not about the playoffs or anything like that but they're going to Tim Couch his career and for the next year or two, they need to see what they have. With this crap supporting cast, you'll still have no clue.
  9. True enough but, once again, given the terrible lack roster management by Pace and the lack of resources just what could Poles have done? I'm not defending Poles but, people are talking as if he had a plethora of resources and moves available, he did not. Now, next season, a little bit different picture. His early draft results have been real bad... Even with Brisker. Forgot to mention Reiff and Schofield too. Pringle, etc. St. Brown, Pettis, etc
  10. Haters is tough. Just the realists. Can't scotch tape an NFL roster. 11. When 3/5 of your Oline is getting blown up every play, you have no shot.
  12. Wtf? Only the Bears.
  13. Why teams don't run only misdirections against the Bears, I will never know.
  14. They have no idea what to do when they have the lead.
  15. I don't get many of these so....
  16. Bears' game thread turning into Cubs' game thread.
  17. A horrible game needs a horrible halftime show.
  18. Stupid to leave him in here.
  19. Wentz can't throw, even worse with a blitz
  20. Well there it is. Unfortunately, it was off and a better option was available. It's still his strength.
  21. This is what you get when have 2 of the worst teams playing against each other.
  22. I want to see them throw the ball deep.
  23. Why try and beat a team's strength with your weakness?
