    I'm definitely going to one of those games regardless but it would be great to see Baez there. For some reason I thought the Iowa Cubs came here last year and was pleasantly surprised to find out they didn't when I looked it up a couple weeks ago. I'm going to the Saturday game at least.

    what are they? Patxi's and Little Star ETA, haven't heard of Zachary's I almost said Patxi's. Zachary's is in the east bay. I think it's the best deep dish in the bay. I'm not a huge fan of little star though.

    I had my doubts early on but it's only gotten better and better. There will always be meatballs to troll and make fun of, so I think it will last a while.

    If you are the Packers it's allowed. If you are anyone else, illegal. The ball can't be advanced by anyone but the runner on 4th down or within 2 minutes, otherwise it's fine. That makes no sense.

    Get rid of salary caps and the draft. Let players go where they want and get as much money as they can. No reason to preserve the profits of billionaires.

    Thanks to the bears, I lost. I had outscored my opponent the last seven weeks, this was a great week to crap the bed.

    My understanding is that it's all back room dealing before the posting. Tanaka, the two teams, the two proxy player, and the agents all agree under the table to the terms. It would be completely obvious. I think it's more likely that Tanaka would agree to give some of his money back to the team to entice them to post him.

    speaking of "aka, please" i would also like a thesaurus for christmas so i can learn new words to use when being politte You can often find a thesaurus in tandem with a dictionary. That way you'll know when you spell polite wrong... actually, i was setting myself up for "speaking of politte, let's sign tanaka because he's going to be even better than cliff" follow-up, but then a co-worker came in and i had to look busy and talk to her about work. it was terrible. That is terrible. Terrible news indeed. Maybe a coffee break is in order. EVEN BETTER i'm going to go hide in the bathroom for a while. see you guys later! You can't post from the crapper?

    I'm in the championship game, with my opponent to be decided by Torrey Smith tonight. I had the most points and best record during the year, so I'll be pissed if I don't win. I'm already guaranteed of being up $200, even if I lose.
