    This must be from before I joined the board, but who is Ronnie Woo Woo? :shock: :shock: :shock: Are you serious? Ronny "Woo Woo" Wickers is an old guy who has been making a nuisance of himself, for years, at Cubs game. He woooooooos throughout the game. He actually lives in Arlington Heights and is an insurance salesman or something like that. I've bought that jerk more pints of beer than I can count. He's a loser just looking for free drinks. I thought he was a Wrigleyville Window Washer? Whatever. I made fun of him once.. he was going around Wrigley as usual.. and I jokingly said, "HEY! ITS ERNIE BANKS!" and people around me started laughing. He was then reported missing for 2-3 weeks.

    CUBS WIN! CUBS WIN! CUBS WIN! Man, if Rocky Cherry somehow became the Cubs closer, I could easily see "Eye of the Tiger" being played every time he comes out.. and Wrigley chanting "Rocky" all over the place.

    I'm fine with that. Someone should be planting a new bug in Hendry and Steinbrenner's ear everyday. Man I would love to see this lineup: Soriano Murt ARod Lee ARam Jones Barrett DeRosa Northside Murderer's Row. I'd always assume Lee would bat #5 if we landed ARod. Honest question...why bat him #4 instead of #5? I was thinking the line-up could change into Soriano ARod Lee ARam Murt Jones Barrett DeRosa Interesting...though I might flip flop Lee and ARod. I would rather have Lee in a pressure situation than A-Rod... and more are likely to come in the 3-spot.

    Just wanna comment on Briggs.. I am deeply disappointed. At both the organization AND him. I dont think I've ever seen a player wanting to get out of Chicago so badly.

    Sorry about the lack of match-ups the first few games. I moved into a new house and didnt have internet for a week... It sucked. Also, the page will be a little stretched out. That is because I recently reformatted my drive... so all my image enhancing programs are gone. I used Paint to save these images and I cant re-size them with that program.     Good interview. Also very amusing and funny. Speaking of his interview, they talked about Jeff Gordon comnig to Wrigley... what exactly did he do? I missed that game.

    So were the Colts. Michael Jordan and Tiger Woods have been on it more than a few times, too. Odd that you bring up Tiger. Sports Illustrated in 2002 did a cover story on its own curse and here is what they found: So while there is rock-solid proof that the cover curse exists, the fact that it's happened 37.2 percent of the time is something of an oddity. I'll make it seem worse and say its a .372 avg.

    Does it make anyone else sad that a pitcher with his capability has to settle for the pen? I think back and say "Man, he has so much potential"... Well, at least he's pitching. I think he'll be great out of the pen, according to 2005.
