So, here we are after the NY series. It was a weekend series I only caught sporadic glimpses of the games. It sounds like Happer has a nagging hammy. The trending slump is full slump except for Dansby, but that happens during the season. The pen is the pen until something changes. I don't know what that something will be.
Horton-hears-a-whoo had three good innings out of 4 in his debut against one of the best lineups in the NL. You have to like that.
All and all, and all things considered, I'm happy they took one. Now they play weaker competition. It's time for them to rise above and show they are contenders.
