yeah no kidding, it's not like bowden was having trouble blowing out bad i-aa teams. You serious, Clark? We WERE having problems with FCS teams, almost getting beat by Jax. St. last year and haven't covered the spread of more than 10 points against an unranked team in 3-4 years. This is the first time in a LONG TIME that we've been able to beat a team convincingly that we were supposed to beat that badly. It's one of the first times we've been able to get our 1st teamers off the field at the end of the first half and develop some depth. yes eddie, i am serious. jacksonville state is not a bad i-aa team - you may have noticed that they beat a i-a team yesterday. and if by LONG TIME you mean less than two years, then you're completely right, because this happened in 2008: Sat, Sep 6 Western Carolina W 69-0 Sat, Sep 13 Chattanooga W 46-7 those are bad i-aa teams. who bobby bowden-coached teams beat just two years ago. so i would hold off on pronouncements of "we're back baby!" until after you beat a team that's better than sanford.
