  1. I HOPE he gets beat up. That stupid leprechaun.
  2. Krivsky looking for someone else to blame for his own stupidity.
  3. yeah, he played five games for the dolphins and had his worst qb rating as a pro during that year. Not exactly a great way to judge a guy's career.
  4. Most years when there are rematches, they're a rematch from something that happened much earlier in the year - not a rematch of the last game that each team played. In that case, why don't we send Boise State or Louisville to the national championship game? They have 0 and 1 loss, respectively.
  5. he really is a moron. I remember a Steelers game where he caught a pass, went down to the ground, then stood up and flipped the ball in a cocky way. One problem - nobody touched him. I know the ball got recovered by the other team, and I think it may have been returned for a touchdown.
  6. It's not dribble. I'm guessing you might feel differently if you weren't a Michigan fan. I absolutely hate Michigan but thing they should go the National Championship. call me weird, I just think the two best teams should play for the National Championship and the decision shouldn't come down to a media created desire to not have a repeat game in the NC. repeats have happened several times over the past few years and it was never an issue before. A lot of people - myself included - don't want a rematch either. Michigan had their chance to beat Ohio State in the last game they played. They lost. I'd like to see Florida, a one-loss team from what's probably the best conference in college football, get their shot at Ohio State.
  7. Huh if Romo turns out to be a fluke, the national media will have to find someone else's leg to hump.
  8. I don't think we're making him out to be a scrub. I think if anything, it's more of a response to those who think Griese is some kind of QB god who is going to come in and be lights out. Anyway, I agree that they need to stick with Grossman. If you can develop a franchise QB while winning, you can't ask for much more. He has shown a lot of ability and he just needs to work out the kinks. He's still really young in terms of age, and even younger in terms of games played. From what I have read, nobody is saying that. They're saying that Griese will come in and be more effective and make fewer mistakes.
  9. It's not dribble. I'm guessing you might feel differently if you weren't a Michigan fan.
  10. If both teams won out from here, Carolina would just have to beat NO in week 17 to win the division by virtue of sweeping them. The Saints still have to play a dangerous Washington team and the Cowboys They host Washington. That's not a dangerous game. The road game against the Giants will not be easy, though.
  11. I think that the Bears need to stick with Grossman since the games are "less important" the rest of the way in, but some of you are being much too dismissive of Griese. He has a career completion percentage of 64% and a QB rating of 85. You can't make him out to be a scrub, because he isn't.
  12. I picked them to win. I didn't, but I need them to. Carolina could move within one game of the 2 seed with a Giants win and a win against Philly tomorrow. yeah if you guys can't beat the hideous eagles, you don't deserve to make the playoffs
  13. I picked them to win. Bills lose to Chargers... bad news for the women in trailer parks in western NY.
  14. WVU front seven: DE: 6-3, 250 DE: 6-4, 290 NT: 6-4, 295 LB: 6-1, 245 LB: 6-1, 215 LB: 6-2, 225 LB: 6-2, 230 Wisconsin front seven: DE: 6-2, 260 DE: 6-6, 234 DT: 6-4, 282 DT: 6-5, 311 LB: 6-2, 214 LB: 6-2, 220 LB: 6-2, 232 Wow, those look pretty similar don't they. Are you going to call Wisconsin's front seven "skinny assed" now too? difference is that Wisconsin's O-line is all over 310 lbs, while WVU has only 1 guy over 290. And Wisky's line isn't just big, it's really good. I agree, they'd probably manhandle WV.
  15. as Tenn beats Indy and the Patriots are trailing the Lions. Pats are tied w/Lions and about to take the lead
  16. yeah now you know how i felt when some scrub kicker from TB made a 62 yard FG against my team
  17. Mediocre teams don't go 10-2 Bosie State? Wisconsin? Anyway, this is a silly argument. If you think USC is a great team more power to you. We won't get to see Ohio State embarass them so you can keep believing it. me·di·o·cre: 1. of only ordinary or moderate quality; neither good nor bad; barely adequate. 2. rather poor or inferior USC is still one of the top 10 or 15 teams in the country. By your logic, this means that somewhere between 100 and 110 of the 119 teams in the country are either average or bad. That's pretty amazing.
  18. jeez wtf is going on in this game the last 15 minutes or so?
  19. wow that timeout worked - urban meyer is a genius!
  20. Mediocre teams don't go 10-2
  21. boo, holy cross led 29-27 at halftime but now dayton has taken a 7 point lead in the second half
  22. that might be the ballsiest call i've ever seen
  23. Hey, I'd be happy with Louisville playing Ohio State. It'd give me a game to put huge points on in my college confidence picks.
  24. So apparently you must be pretty quiet during Michigan football games :P
