Apologies that I missed this - somehow I forgot that Colby Lewis played before his injury season a few years ago and didn't check back that far as I was looking. I do want to keep Lewis and have dropped Jeremy Guthrie. That makes my list look like:

Bautista - 618.25

Kinsler - 571.25

Morrow - 358.5

Storen - Exempt

Morrison - Exempt

Bosch - Exempt

Tabata - Exempt

C. Lewis - 405.5

hate to be the bearer of bad news, but colby lewis isn't exempt... he's had 5 seasons in which he's pitched at least 15 games.

 

Yeah, 3 seasons of 5 or more starts would have been okay if he didn't also have 2 seasons with 10 or more appearances.

Do minor league keepers have to be set already or can teams still drop them now? If they're not set, when do they have to be locked?

You can drop at any time. You can't pick up until after the minor league draft.
