I know that there's a small prize to be had by the top couple of slots from last year, and as one of those players, I have seen NOTHING on this front. I think it kind of stinks for the commissioner to be setting deadlines on league issues (admittedly something that needs to be done), but has not taken care of the other end of the bargain as of yet.

 

When can we expect something on this?

I didn't win anything and yet have seen two league messages from the commish asking for winners info so he can send the money. Maybe you should check the league.
