Playoff Schedule Question -> Home Games

Hey all. I've been looking at the playoff schedule MLB has up (http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/schedule/ps.jsp) and I'm trying to figure out which games are which as far as fields are concerned. So assuming the Cobs have HFA, when are the Wrigley games?

Every sport is different and it changes.

 

EDIT: For round 3 (World Series) just switch it around for us, because AL got home field.
