How many grandslams have been hit this year?

It seems like so many. Just yesterday, 3 were hit (Ibanez, Molina, Bennett)

Hafner has a bunch. Barrett has 2. The Mets have a lot.

Does anyone have a stat on how many have been hit this season?

The real question is - how many have been hit by backup catchers against the Cubs?

Gary Bennett - the 2006 winner of the Fernando Vina award. Why is it that the Cardinals worst players always kill us in big spots?

Well I found the stats page for player grand slams.

Hafner's 6 leads the league while Richie Sexson has 4 and the Mets have 6 different players with grand slams (Beltran [3], Valentin [2], Floyd [1], Delgado [1], Reyes [1], Wright [1])

I'm not sure if it's a lifetime of being a Cubs fan or that I can see the future, but I knew that Bennet was going to hit a granny. Is it late September yet? Our bullpen needs it to get here quick.
