  1. Not to mention Matt Mauck, who was a catcher in the Cubs system for a few years. After a couple of bad seasons at Lansing, he went back to LSU to play QB. Last I saw, he was on the Titans roster.
  2. The return of Jon Mark Sprowl.
  3. I'm guessing they were released.
  4. Jayson Ruhlman has signed. Link: http://cmuchippewas.collegesports.com/sports/m-basebl/spec-rel/083005aaa.html
  5. baseballamerica.com updated the Cubs draft page listing Jayson Ruhlman as signed. They don't have Jon Mueller's name in bold, yet, though. I was wondering if anyone had any corroboration for Ruhlman's signing.
  6. Thanks for the update.
  7. Yusef Carter is listed as part of Mesa's roster on baseballamerica.com. That's not a confirmation of his signing as I haven't seen him in a box score, yet. Holliman, Johnston, and Ware left to go.
  8. I believe a player on the disabled list would accumulate major league service time. That's probably why such a move hasn't/won't occur.
  9. If I remember correctly, Grace was doing his best impression of Fetters on the mound with the big exhale and quick turn of the head to face the batter.
  10. I forgot about Clayton Bigsby. But I have to agree with smacca on season 1 vs. season 2, probably a better way to put it. Heh. I'll be in Iowa this weekend. I am now, in fact. We have good timing, I must say.
  11. Yep. His Rick James story will go down as one of the funniest sketches of all time. The 2nd season clearly outclasses the first. The Real World sketch is the only one that compares. Once again, credit Charlie Murphy as Tyree. It was also the birthplace of Tron.
  12. So, I see raw is another Chappelle's show fan. You might like this, then. I have another league with the guys I work with at Delmonico. My team name...Habitual Linesteppers. Charlie Murphy's true Hollywood stories!!! Also, I can sense that Vik barely follows the WSOP. Jeez. Good luck to Mike.
