Word out of Dallas is that the Cowboys were less than impressed with Sidbury in his interviews when he came for a visit.

I don't mind the Cowboys focus on getting pass rushers. I strongly believe you can never have enough guys to pressure the QB. I just think Sidbury is better at it than some of the guys we have taken.

if he falls just 35 more picks... I doubt it...but then again, I'm surprised he fell this far. I saw him as an early 3rd rounder. The Cowboys have taken a number of guys that they plan on converting to LB. I doubt they'll take him now. We could still use a safety, but I don't like any of the guys left out there.

I hate Stephen McGee too. The papers have been reporting this for a couple of weeks, but I tried to just ignore it. Good God, as bad as Johnson and the other guy were at backup last year, they had to take someone. But the Cowboys have Kitna at back-up this year. So this guy is guaranteed to be the number three QB and will need to beat out Bollinger for that. I think Dallas will deal Kitna as soon as some other team's QB goes down with an injury and needs a semi-competent starter. We gave up Henry to get Kitna. Henry could have given us depth as safety and CB. I don't think the Cowboys deal Kitna unless they get a player better than Henry back. I think they wanted Kitna to prevent a situation like last season when Romo went down.

Not according to the NFL Network. I thought they made two solid picks with the two CBs yesterday, but the Pat White thing doesn't make any sense. I liked Patrick Ramsey, but he was definitely a reach in the third. The NFL network guys love the Pat White pick.

What does anyone know about this lineman from Ball St. the Cowboys drafted? This pick seems like a major reach.

Cleveland has started out 6-12. If they continue to flounder, maybe we could trade for DeRosa in July. He's in the last year of his contract, so he'd likely be on the block.

The best burger I ever had was the 8th Avenue at Jon's Burgers in Ft. Worth. When I lived in Cowtown in the mid-late nineties, I would have one a week. It was in a little place right across from the TCU campus.I went back there a year or so ago, and there was a new place there. It looked different and the burgers had different names. I tried it anyway. It wasn't the same.

While it's an interesting idea, I don't think there's any chance for it to happen. He was pretty bad there, and likely would be worse now. -
