    I wouldn't pay for the superbowl unless my team was in it. edit: I gladly pay for Sunday Ticket. I think the NFL makes more on the SuperBowl by selling ads and not charging viewers than they would if it were pay per view, because fewer viewers would greatly decrease the amount they can charge for advertisements.

    i think that marshall should be actively shopped, if he hasn't been already. sending him to the minors might decrease his perceived value. then again, other clubs should know that he won't make the big club anyway so it might not have a huge effect. but i don't see marshall having much of any part in the cubs' future. I disagree. Marshall is still young and still has some years left before he has to be on major league roster. He may earn a spot on this team in the future. He has a lot to learn, but I think he has a chance to be a pretty good pitcher.

    I disagree. I think the major sports realize the value and necessity of making the championships and playoffs readily available.

    Up until last season, Jones had a reputation of being pretty good defensively. Hopefully, 2006 is an aberration.

    Jesus, if Donte Stallworth can get 30 million on the free agent market, I can really understand why the Bears have no interest in overpaying for some players. Thats absurd, even given teh year he had. Not much of that 30 million is guaranteed.

    I agree that Sean should be in AAA. My only desire to see him in AA is because I could see him pitch when they visit Mississippi. That being said, I expect him to be in AAA and was surprised when I read that in the Knoxville paper.
