    Why would you want to trade Dempster? I don't think Marmol is ready to take his spot. I would like to Marmol get a chance at starting. The Cubs need some quality starters more than bullpen guys.

    Why didn't Dusty bat Walker for Perez? 10 times out of 10 he would have PH Perez for Walker in that situation. What a joke.

    How many more starts does Hill need to be eligable for the highest ERA among starters? 9.35 ERA! That is insane. Maybe Hill will figure it out someday but he is not a ML starter.

    Unfortunately the rules say he will be able to play for them. Personally I think you should at least have to live in the country before playing for them.

    me too. but you don't say that. USC didn't come out with intensity in the first half and this time there was a team good enough to take advantage. That's true. They looked flat in the first half but Texas is a better team than Arizona State or Oregon so they were not able to come back and hold the lead.

    I think USC did lose. Texas played a great game but I think that Reggie Bush attempted "lateral" that turned into a fumble was a hugh mistake. That was the difference in the game.

    Wow what a game! I am so dissapointed that USC lost. That sucks! Oh well at least it was a good game. You can't win forever. I just try to put this game in perspective. I just think about that one year with the Cubs and a NLCS and game 6 and .... oh now I'm just going cry :cry:

    Thats true. St louis has great fans, but Chicago has great fans as well. I dont see how there is an way to distinguish which ones are "the best". There isn't. All I was saying is that the players prefer St. Louis fans. "The best" is a pretty arbitrary term, though. Right. St. Louis players prefer St. Louis fans while Cubs players prefer Cub fans.

    Wow that was a great USC/ND game. USC was lucky but atleast they won. I guess another good game in the USC/ND rivarly

    I think he'll play, he was playing through the injury and went out when it was a blowout. Good luck to your Bruins Raisin.

    Yeah it's the knee. I hope he is not out for the ND game. Bush is the guy that seems to be able to get the rest of the team pumped. I think he is the most important offensive person on USC.

    The only explination I can think of is his ankle is still bothering him (or maybe it was aliens). Not too many people can catch him from behind.

    USC's biggest weakness has always been thier special teams (minus Bush). Just kicked it out of bounds. Great. At least they wont give up a 70 yard return.

    TD USC. 21-7 now. I am looking forward to the Cal UCLA game. Should be a good game. I think the winner will be the last test for the Trojans.

    USC @ Arizona State. ASU has been playing well but I think the Trojans will pull it out :shock: Go USC!!
