No [expletive] way. Yeah, I'm curious if that was a [expletive] up on their part or something. I seriously doubt that 2/3 of the population is downtown in the loop right now.
haha no not me. I'm on LaSalle and Washington. Abc Nbc and wgn are doing various reports around me so I wouldn't be surprised if I was on some sort of news report. But I'm wearing a hossa shirt not a Stanley cup ha. What's with the delay? It's Hot as balls out here. The buses are leaving right now.
I don't think anyone has any idea what's going on and they're just throwing crap out there to see what sticks. Of course, that's just journalism nowadays, so nothing new.
I posted that story a few pages ago. Afterwards at about 9am, they went to Ann Sather to get some breakfast and left around 10. Funny when I walked to the train today I heard helicopters buzzing overhead and wondered why they were still out and about (they were all over Wrigleyville last night). Apparently I read that newscopters were following them around all morning. Those guys must be passed out right now. A tiring hockey game and then an entire night/morning of partying? I'd be [expletive] wiped after that. Ann Sathers isn't that good. I'd have gone home and passed out.
Why must people throw beer, why, why? Why not? The Hawks just won a championship! The players douse each other with booze why not the fans? Because that's a beer foul. You're not supposed to throw or drop or spill beer. You're supposed to drink it.
