    I have a good feeling too - not crapping the bed while getting thru 6 (maybe 7? ) would be great, and I'd probably wet myself if he put up the numbers you gave.

    I don't know, but if I knew at the beginning of the season that the Cubs would be 17 over in the first week of June, I wouldn't have imagined the Cards to be within 10 games. Not too shabby...

    This game definitely isn't over, but I share the sentiment that I'd gladly accept the loss if that's what it takes for Lou to quit giving the ball to this piece of garbage.

    Yea, I'm on the east coast and will be awake at 4am. It's weird to think that when I check the score, the game will not have been over for more than 2 or 3 hours. At least it only happens a couple times a year.

    That's 13 official AB in 15 PA. He's had hits in 7 of those 13 ABs, which is still pretty ridiculous, but not .860 ridiculous.

    I was actually thinking quite the opposite. Howry looks like he is hitting his spots quite well so far tonight. Agreed. Sorry Pi. I thought a few strikes were nowhere close to the target Soto was setting (not that last one though), but the end result is working so far, so either I'm right and it doesn't matter or I'm wrong. Either way, I'm happy.
