A few quick thoughts about Wednesday's match: 1. I think the resiliency shown in the Slovenia match has given the U.S. tremendous confidence to win vs. Algeria. The believe they're one of the top two teams in the group and I think they will show that tomorrow. 2. [expletive], they've got to play tighter defense, especially in the first 15-20 minutes of the match. Algeria is not a strong side but there's no good reason that the U.S. should be playing from behind again. 3. Not to get ahead of ourselves, but winning the group would be huge in terms of long term prospects of going deep in the World Cup.
