    Hey the Reds did not score a crooked number in the first inning. First time all year.

    That second part can always be true whether they started or not.

    I really thought the division would be worse than this overall. Now the Brewers are hot. The Reds are statistically the most unlucky team overall given their run differential. And the Cardinals have overperformed. The Pirates are the only team out of it.

    He is a very good pitcher. Might be NL pitcher of the month in May. His ERA is microscopic.

    The Reds certainly are not regressing to their mean in facing our pitchers. What is that 6+ runs in every game?

    Don’t mull me for this it this team reminds me a bit of the orioles two years ago. They could mash the ball and had solid starting pitching but no aces. They won 101 games but did not get it done in the playoffs. I hope Jed swings for the fences at the trade deadline.

    Young pitcher has best performance of young career. Confidence builder. Young hitter has a GW hit, biggest hit of young career. Confidence builder. I think we would all have signed up for those results!

    Ok Pressly of course not a clean inning but he got the job done thanks to his catcher.

    This trash pitcher is going to continue into the 7th.

    Lead off double wasted. We are letting them hang around.

    You could say that with any bullpen. Take out their biggest blowup and they are better.

    Cubs bullpen ERA down to 3.99 which is 7th out of 15 NL teams. Not great but better.

    He comes into the 8th and gives up a hit and walk and has to be saved. I don’t understand how people think he is underrated because he had one terrible outing. He has been horrible this year so far. His numbers back that up.
