Where are all the trade rumors? Old PSD threads were chalk full of the latest rumors circling from early June through the deadline. I need my Nomar, Roberts and Peavy murmurs!

How much would a good BP pitcher command in salary, since he'd decide several games a year? What would be a good WAR for the Swing Off hurler??

Sharma mentioned Jon Gray today as someone the Cubs are monitoring.

Luzardo has been excellent this year outside of 3 starts. He carried a 2.15 ERA into a May 31 start against Milw when he got pounded for 12 earned runs. Followed that up with 8 earned against the Jays. He's been solid since then until today.

It was a bad slide. He reached with the wrong arm. He slid to the right side of the bag with his right arm extended. He contacted the bag but his over slide pulled him off...had he reached with his left hand, he could've held on. OR could've slid straight into the defender and let his body slow him down.
