    Wtf just happened? I went to the bathroom while Cabrera was pitching in the 7th inning and fewer than 10 minutes later, Flexen is pitching in the 8th. If our hitters had a six pitch 6th inning, then how short was the 7th?

    Pitcher gives up runs, men on base and then it happens, pitching coach comes to the mound and the pitcher turns into an ace. Name a better duo.

    Crazy. So to avoid 122 losses to set a new record, the Rockies would need to go 32-74 the rest of the way. I have my doubts they can even manage 30 wins for the entire year.

    All this went down in May/June 2019 and he actually did return to the Cubs in September of that year (weirdly made his return to the walk up that his wife sang). Retired early the next year.

    Funny that when Len and Boog were together they’d always be telling Seinfeld stories, Seinfeld quotes and many times they were recycled, and I’d always be like “More Seinfeld please!”. Boog and JD recycling stories gives me a very different reaction lol.
