I think the Cubs need to design special Houston Astros colored glasses for Kyle Tucker that he will wear for the rest of the year. That way he sees Astros everywhere he goes and goes 4-5 every night.

The fact is he plays for a different club now and the national commentators are being annoying about the trade now (including Boog, who commentates national games and brought up the trade a bunch of times yesterday). I guess that the storyline in this series will be the Cam Smith/Kyle Tucker trade, and when the schedule moves onto the Cleveland series, the storyline will be the 2016 World Series. But the suggestion that anyone is giving Cam Smith hate is, IMO, inaccurate. More power to him if he has a solid career.

Commentator just said “Cubs drafted Cam Smith last year and now he’s hitting home runs against them” literally twice, the exact same way, in the space of 15 seconds (only taking a pause in between for his co-commentator to say the same thing lol)

Let’s just stew on this for five minutes without someone posting that Cade Horton had a good start 10 days ago and five starts ago he threw the slider well and he got all those strikes and all those hitters were baffled by his changeup, please! It’s okay to say he has been terrible tonight and just leave it at that. -
