3/$120 million, with opt out after one year.
Your typical: “You get to opt out after a year, but if you tank in 2026, you’ve probably tanked your market. Ha ha. Oh no, we said the quiet part loud.”
National broadcasters are going to go full national broadcasters tonight and remind everyone every chance they get that yesterday’s 16-0 loss was an anomaly and the Dodgers are still great.
I want Ben Brown to get the 7th, but his performance has been so good that I also want him to finish now, so this can be how I remember his performance instead of getting into trouble in the 7th. Probably weird logic.
Could be, but it would have been very close. The outfielder was out of view when Tauchmann rounded third and then his hamstring popped. The outfielder might not have gathered the baseball yet. It would have been close. Really unfortunate.
I like the username change. Even from PSD, I kept getting you (1908Cubs) and CubsRule08 mixed up. Probably because you’re both so analytically awesome! 🙂
This lineup absolutely can come back from a four run deficit, but needing this bullpen to throw four clean innings, plus needing to find four runs seems like a lost cause.
