I don’t throw very hard and my “stuff” in general is horsefeathers putrid. But can Jed sign me? I feel like the results wouldn’t be any different.

Yeah, we won’t bring in Lopez first, because as a fanbase we deserve to get the worse reliever in the world up first. I do feel, however, if Brewer could throw slightly better to 2nd base than he can to the plate, and Swanson was at least above average in any skill in baseball and could field a throw from the catcher, it wouldn’t be 5-0. Only looking at the positives. Oh, hi Jed. horsefeathers off Jed.

Mowens and JD said he was all emotional in the dugout, grabbed his stuff and departed into the lock room. I wonder if there was an agreement that he will pitch one final time for a couple of innings or he’s felt an injury.

I guess I was so focused on watching the Portugal/France match and only paying enough attention to the Cubs game, outside of watching the runs coming around to score and the result, that I only just found out (12 hours after the game) that Justin Steele pitched a complete game. WTF? 😳
