    At the risk of someone posting the exact wind speed change at the exact moment that Tucker missed getting to the baseball, but I definitely thought Tucker had it. Looked like a bad read and he should have caught it.

    Boog must love working with Sutcliffe. All he needs to do is call balls and strikes, and then sit back while Sutcliffe uses 175 words to say something that could have been said in 15 words.

    Yeah, the same thing is happening here. Getting the TV feed even though the radio feed has been selected. In fact, selected the Spanish feed and the TV feed kicked in. Must be internal issue tonight.

    I am in Australia, so today’s night game starts at 11:40 AM. Most day games (in Chicago) start at 4:20AM. Pirates on May 1st (2nd, for me) starts at 2:35AM. Brutal? Probably for most people. I am the crazy horsefeathers who watches 170+ live games a year.

    Losing like this will happen. I just hope Jed was watching. This team for all its offensive talent can only get you so far without a functioning bullpen, picked up from Temu.
