    I really think Turco will do well with the defensive unit he has in front of him. Looking at his numbers in Dallas the last few years they are not too bad, but for the money the Hawks will be paying him it will be well worth it. Really looking forward to the season now that the team is just about complete.

    Didnt see this posted but it looks like DLee nixed the trade on the 21st of July, when the Angels were 5 games out of first place. Wonder who the Cubs would have received in that deal. It sounds like (IMO) it backs up the idea that if Lee was going to be traded, at least let send him to someone who he thinks has a shot (Yanks, Sox, Braves, ?) and is looking for a 1b. http://sports.espn.go.com/los-angeles/mlb/columns/story?id=5418710

    CSN in Chicago now showing game 6 of the finals. Reliving the memories...what a great night. It still gives me chills that the Hawks won the cup!

    I forgot about that. If Hossa loses in the Finals 3 years in a row, with 2 of those years his team blows a 2-0 lead with Home Ice advantage for only the 2nd and 3rd time in SCF history, I believe in the jinx and I want him gone. Hossa for Soriano?
