  1. Here we go again.
  2. Time for the John Beck era to start? I don't know what to think at this point.
  3. Attention Trent: Blue is not white.
  4. Another turnover. I hate football.
  5. My Lord, that was an AWFUL pass.
  6. Green to Booker for the Dolphins's second touchdown this year! WOO! More importantly, after a 19 to 11 time of possession difference, they got the Dolphin D some much-needed rest, and started to find the running game again. Let's hope the D has recovered enough to actually finish a tackle now.
  7. Honestly, who's done more than Oregon? They dominated a Michigan team that was playing for pride, obviously has talent and looked much better this week. Then, they dominated a team that nearly won on the road against a top-25 Big 12 team (albeit one that shouldn't be ranked). I'm not saying Oregon is great, but I think they've accomplished more than most and are deserving of a top-25 ranking. I'm not saying they shouldn't be ranked, but unranked to #13 is a huge jump, and they haven't beaten anybody with a winning record yet.
  8. Hey, Trent? Shaq plays for the Heat, not the Dolphins.
  9. If the Cubs lose after they lost last night and the Razorbacks lost yesterday and the Dolphins lose today, I quit earth.
  10. Now, this is looking like an offense. Ronnie Brown is beasting, but there's nothing going on on the outside.
  11. It's going to be a fun game. Dallas is weak in the secondary on defense. Thankfully, the passing game isn't Miami's strength. The passing game is the only way the Dolphins were effective last week.
  12. Go Dolphins. *sigh* I can't believe they blew that game last week. Dallas is much tougher. The offensive line is going to make all the difference.
  13. Yes, because the polls are perfect. or because they're all 3-0 (as well as Purdue, Illinois and Indiana, all un-ranked). Illinois?
  14. Go Arkansas :/ I guess Alabama doesn't care how the Hogs do against Kentucky now, since they jumped all the way to 16 by beating them. Gotta love that logic. Haha @ South Carolina and Clemson tied in the coaches poll. Being in South Carolina should be fun this week. SC being 12 and 14 this early is...unexpected, to say the least. South Florida rides a huge win against what apparently isn't a good Auburn team at all into the rankings. Their only other game was against Elon (who?), and they won 28-13. Oookay. Ditto Oregon, who rode into the top 13 from being unranked by beating 1-1 Houston, 1-2 Michigan, and 1-2 Fresno State. Unranked to #13 on the strength of beating 3 teams with a combined 3-5 record. Right. Texas has barely beat Arkansas State and Central Florida, and needed a blown call on an onside kick to ensure the ASU game and some questionable call in the CFU game. There's no way they're #6 in the nation. No freaking way. Nice of Virginia Tech to finially score their third offensive touchdown 3 games in, against Ohio. Talk about a team that hasn't looked impressive. There totally shouldn't be polls until October.

  16. besides Tennessee, who do you bump to get both Alabama and Kentucky into the top 25? Clemson won their game fairly easily. BC is about to beat a higher ranked team. Hawaii will probably rack it up against UNLV. Oregon and A&M rolled. does GT get dropped down farther than Arkansas for some reason. the sense of entitlement is sickening. like I said, if it happens it will be an absolute joke. South Carolina has no business in the top 25 in the first place. Entitlement? Um, yeah, whatever. South Carolina got way too much credit for beating Georgia, sure. I wouldn't say they're any more overrated than Virginia Tech. yes, entitlement. there's a way that these things generally work, ie. teams don't get dropped down if they don't lose. yet to you it's unimaginable that the two teams that actually lost be the teams that drop out, to make room for another team in the conference to leap frog a bunch of teams that didn't lose. Virginia Tech. good example there. even with the baggage that team is carrying, SC couldn't carry their jocks, regardless of the LSU blowout. Like I said: um, okay, whatever. I didn't ask for any words put in my mouth, but feel free to find somebody who likes that and talk to him or her. oh spare me. look at the things you said. while you did not say those exact words, it is what you said. Sure, if you're illiterate.
  17. I think we take it if Monk is healthy and effective. Hard to get any semblance of a vertical passing game without him. Without him...like I said, i was more scared of UK than Alabama.

  20. c'mon guys. noone doubts that the SEC is the best conference, but you're really putting perfume on a big turd of a day. Arkansas loses to a fairly ordinary Alabama squad Tennessee gets crushed by Florida Auburn loses to Mississippi state the only two teams from 16-25 that lost are SEC teams. if the pollsters find a way to vault both Alabama and Kentucky into the top 25, over several other teams that also won today, and without dropping either of the two SEC teams out, thus resulting in seven SEC teams in the top 25, it would be an absolute joke. Well, Tennessee's obviously out. Also, 14-16 all lost--2 in blowouts to other ranked teams, one in a dramatic game on a last minute play. They're probably about even in pollster's eyes, but Arkansas has the detriment of having not played as many games, so if anybody was to go out, I'd guess it'd be them. Also, I'd guess hype would put Alabama in over Kentucky if only one gets in.
  21. No way in hell a 3-0 SEC team with a win over a top 10 team won't be in the top 25. Hell, South Carolina jumped up to SEVENTEEN by beating Georgia. LSU, Florida, Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, South Carolina, and Georgia should all be ranked. As for #1, I think LSU, USC, Oklahoma, and Florida are alarmingly close right now, and nobody else is in the same zip code. West Virginia is probably next.
  22. Kentucky beats Louisville. Man, I hope Marcus Monk is healthy next week. So, this week's poll should have 7 SEC teams ranked, and Auburn and Tennessee won't be among them.
  23. KY just did it tou Lubisville.
  24. Seriously, what else are you supposed to do?
  25. Well, that does it, barring a miracle return. I hate the way they called the defense on the last drive.
