    It had nothing to do with range, it had to do with him completely misjudging the ball, which he does a LOT. A CF with good range has the time to find that ball and take a good route. That ball was on the very edge of Edmonds' range, so he had to make a perfect read to get it. I don't know, that ball was hit pretty hard. Either way, he was there in time to catch it.

    Why? Throwing all sliders out of the zone to Pierre after getting ahead 0-2. I was pissed too, it made no sense. Bob was pretty much saying Pierre sucks. And that Kerry is stupid for throwing sliders miles outside the zone. Yep, put it all on Kerry. Forget the guy who called the pitch Yeah, I blame Soto or whoever was calling for it more than I blame Wood.

    Why? The pitch calling for Juan Pierre. Brenly felt he should've been thrown fastballs high and away. He didn't even say high away, he just said he should be challenged with something in the zone, which I completely agree with. It's Juan Pierre and you're messing around and trying to get him to chase? Give me a break. Throw him a fastball and make him hit it.
