We need to get two pitchers. Gallagher is in no way ready to help get us to the playoffs. How many teams in the NL have good #5's? Well then our 4 sucks ass too. Adding one starter would make Lilly or Dempster our number 4. Right pushing Sean out. Like I said we need to add 2 to get Marquis out as well. braden looper, mitchell boggs, joel pineiro and todd wellemeyer are in the cardinals' rotation. Anthony Reyes, Jeff Weaver, Chris Carpenter won them a World Series. And 83 regular season games. I forget, does it still count the same even though they only had 83 wins? I was reading it in the wrong context

I'm hoping Perry was preaching the "Kazmir" approach to the guys. They've been pretty good about working deep counts against elite pitchers and getting them out of the game quickly. Halladay and Peavy also come to mind.
