    Am I the only one concerned about the offense down the stretch? It's looking like we've actually downgraded our offense in RF, I don't expect Edmonds to keep up that hot pace, Theriot could come crashing to earth at any time, and you've gotta be worried about Soto tiring since Lou rarely gives him days off.

    So in a 3 game stretch we're going to have lost 3 games on the Brewers and 3.5 on the Cardinals. Way to come out on fire boys. Extremely disappointing effort. I thought this team was better than this.

    Keep this up. I'd be happy to add another notch to my hammer. Do it he doesn't contribute anything useful anyway. Dude can't even announce that his team acquired a player correctly. Not to mention it isn't even a sure thing. Some writer on Jsonline said he heard something about it, that's it.

    First impressions can do wonders. Cubs fans hadn't really seen Kosuke play before this season, and then he comes and has this monster April so that's what people are going to remember him for. A lot of people can't get the impression of the April Kosuke out of their minds. If his April and May were reversed, I don't think the majority would be so content to give him a free pass.

    So you think those guys suddenly become completely different pitchers when they're at home or on the road? It's kind of like starting a guy on Mondays and Fridays because those are the 2 days of the week he has the best career numbers on.
