    Is Bruce Bochy worse than Dusty? At least the Cubs were in the race when Dusty was overextending Prior. I understand Tim is trying to win the Cy Young, but this is ridiculous. He threw 138 pitches tonight in a 7 run game. He's thrown 127 or more pitches in 3 of his last 4 starts and 115 or more in 5 of his last 6. Isn't that a little obscene for a 24 year old phenom who alreayd has questionable mechanics? Here are his pitch counts from his last 15 starts, starting with the most recent 138 127 92 132 115 119 76 117 114 111 121 116 103 111 116 The starts before that weren't much better either. Seriously, this stuff drives me crazy. How can you be so reckless with a guy like that? I highly doubt that an extra inning here and there is going to determine the Cy Young winner anyways.

    I was watching that with fright (he's on my fantasy team). Didn't think he'd go out for the 8th after his last outing. Thankfully for him, it was a quick 10 pitch inning. I hope Bochy doesn't send him out for the 9th. Haha, Lincecum hit for himself. I think he's pitching the 9th. WOW
