  1. yeah, that's not good news for the Cardinals. I'm still really surpised they didn't give him an MRI when he first had the problem. Wow, they didn't? That seems strange.
  2. You obviously didn't make it to Mizzou. I claim no other part of the state. I was at FLW from last August until the end of January. I'm from Texas and want no part of those damn winters. Missouri winters are weak. ETA: As TT pointed out.
  3. You love TT more than Wuertz? :? Well they both go to Mizzou...I guess what happens there stays there. You love TT more than Wuertz? :? happens a lot in Missouri The Mizzou jokes are unstoppable.
  4. I'm pretty sure San Diego is closer to the coast than the 909. :)
  5. Iowa leads game one 1-0 in the middle of the 4th. Felix Pie is 1 for 2 and has the lone run in the game.
  6. Fontucky and the Inland Empire is awful most of the year. It's much better the closer you get to the coast or the higher you go in the mountains.
  7. You guys think you were trying to jinx Capuano? The Brewers' own announcers were openly talking about Capuano being perfect and seconds later, Lee got the basehit.
  8. Good, not a serious injury for Colvin.
  9. This is my last chance with the free view on Direct TV. The Cubs better make it worth my time.
  10. MiLB.com has their BAAs listed. The problem with your formula is that it doesn't take into account CSs and GIDPs which are outs without ABs. You said it. So why are Marshall and Mateo still in extended spring training? Not enough arm strength to start at Iowa after injuries during spring training.
  11. Probable Starters: Iowa (Game 1): LHP Les Walrond (Iowa: 10-5, 3.98 ERA, 133.1 IP) @ RHP Juan Gutierrez Iowa (Game 2): LHP Ryan O’Malley (Iowa: 7-7, 4.08 ERA, 123.2 IP) @ RHP Chad Reineke Tennessee: RHP Kevin Hart (High-A Frederick: 6-11, 4.61 ERA, 148.1 IP) @ RHP Alvis Ojeda Walrond: 133.1 IP, 104 K/59 BB, .265 BAA O'Malley: 123.2 IP, 71 K/30 BB, .284 BAA Hart: 148. IP, 122 K/65 BB, .258 BAA All stats are from 2006.
  12. Wilken isn't Stockstill - I find it tough to believe he'll pass on one of the college trio if they're rated as high on draft day as they are now.
  13. Jake Fox: 4/5, 2 2B, 2 HR => 12 total bases - 2.400 SLG. :shock:
  14. Including the major league level. This didn't happen very often last year.Even if all the teams were .500, it would only happen once every 32 games (assuming everyone plays everyday, which I know is wrong) or around 5 times a year. It gets even harder when the short season teams get going! Never mind...only three teams played. Maybe I'm getting tired... Yeah, it's easier when Iowa and Peoria get postponed. :)
  15. Daytona wins it 12-4, the Cubs system goes undefeated for the day.
  16. Tennessee wins it 10-6. Schappert with the win, Piggy with the save. Daytona goes to the top of the 9th, leading it 12-4.
