Norwood is the third Cub from the 2014 draft to make it to the bigs (Schwarber, Zagunis). First pitcher called up in a draft that included Jake Stinnett, Carson Sands (cut), Justin Steele, Dylan Cease (traded for Q), Tommy Thorpe, James Farris (traded for Butler) and Ryan Williams all picked in the top 10 rounds.

Because the small sample size of Happ at third was kind of a disaster I thought Happ looked pretty good at 3B from the eye test the few games he’s played I ageee. And Javy is clearly at second to try to steal an out with his tagging abilities since Lester is pitching and Billy Hamilton continues to be a thorn in our side.

Why do you think Báez at third and Happ at second is optimal?

And since toonster mentioned some Virginia prospects for 2019, I should mention that 2B Chase Strumpf and 3B/1B Michael Toglia of UCLA look like potential first rounders. Also, I really like Cal 1B Andrew Vaughn.
