The Cardinals and Pirates will get $5,899,600 and the Brewers and Reds have a pool of $6,431,000. There are no trades of pool money in this IFA period. Looks like the 2019 J2 period which was supposed to end yesterday has been extended:

    The Royals have signed 6 NDFAs - 5 are top 500 prospects in BA's ranking and the 6th was in their top 20 NDFA seniors. I guess it pays to promise to pay minor leaguers for the rest of the season.
