  1. Definite shift in this round too. All three weren't big time athletic testers, although as you go down in the draft there are generally less of those types.
  2. gabriel and the traditional guys seem to like Hall, which, of course, PFF seems not to gabriel comared hall to peanut Hm. PFF not having a good grade on a guy from a small school doesn't feel great.
  3. Tweener, but another nice pick.
  4. Eisen, "We've cleaned up our act, but if it's a guy named Johnson I'm out. " Yuup.
  5. The name is familiar to me but I can't remember a scouting report.
  6. Are they laughing because Beavers and Bush ? Lol
  7. Billings torture ends. I still don't get what happened.
  8. If we pick a CB or RB they basically have to play ST or there isn't a roster spot for them. It's definitely a factor at this point, particularly for RB. I still want a S too, but maybe they think Rolle will bounce back. d'oh...when i typed CB, i was thinking secondary, but yeah, it'd be nice if they could pull another amos out of their asses I'd settle for a Conte, lol, but yea.
  9. It's typical of zone blocking teams, which we aren't really, though we're not a power scheme totally either. aren't we trying to go that way? i'll admit my knowledge of x's and o's is extremely rudimentary I mean our personnel all basically fit it, so I guess but I think we're still not true zone. Our OL coach has never been a zone guy.

  11. i think we value high end interior line play more highly as long as we can be adequate on the edges. lots of shotgun and lots of quick throws nowadays. I thought that was Trestman's philosophy. It's typical of zone blocking teams, which we aren't really, though we're not a power scheme totally either.
  12. No idea. Know nothing about this picky either. Hopefully he can play special teams because short of injuries that's the only way he'll contribute in the next 2 years. They obviously liked him a lot. Definitely behind Freeman, Trevathan, Jones and Acho on the depth chart. Would have liked to see something at RB or TE there. Adams was just sitting there and he's ranked as the #2 TE on the board. Even a DB might have made more sense. Yea I like Adams too (not sure he's the number 2 TE overall), but this is the point of the draft I'm also going to basically trust them on BPA as long as its not a kicker, punter, or longsnapper. Also three more opportunities in the next like 35 picks to go need based, if there is a need you really want to fill.
  13. Not very long for the outside at the pro level. Does PFF hate Leno? I thought he graded out how he looks, average.

  15. That interior seems like it could be really strong. Not too sold on Leno or Massie. Yea Leno and Massie will be average, but both have upside still, and that interior would be elite. I'll take it. Larsen or Ramirez could still beat out Whitehair, but we have nice depth. Grasu can live in the weight room this season and not even get close to the field.
  16. Nice list, thanks.
  17. Should be a fun morning with three more picks in the 4th. Picks 117, 124, 127, 150, 185, 206, 230 Names I'm keeping an eye on 4th Maurice Canady, CB Jalen Mills, FS Connor Cook, QB Devontae Booker, RB Pharoah Cooper, WR Andrew Billings, NT Miles Killebrew, SS Jeremy Cash, SS Jaylon Kearse, SS 5th Josh Ferguson, RB Brandon Allen, QB Jarrell Adams, TE
  18. Yesssss this is who I wanted.
  19. Still see at least one DE I like...
  20. I like it. Great value.
  21. Well that's who I woulda picked there. Pace doesn't agree.
  22. No but I'm hoping they pick someone next time.
  23. Hopefully for Jimmy Graham.
  24. Either thinks theres lots of value or little value...
  25. Another good DL option off the table. 5 more left.
