    I think people don't want us to hang on to bad pitchers. Yea, but it is what it is. Given the present roster, I was totally fine with bringing Howry in there.

    People want us to bring in our bad pitchers when we have big leads, but then they freak the hell out when said bad pitchers pitch poorly. Can't have it both ways, guys. That said, it obviously pissed me off when Howry would come in to tight games... but this isn't that.

    I might be mistaken, but I believe a contusion is typically just a skin injury. A scrape or bruise or something like that. I wouldn't think that would require him to miss any time. I remember Theriot had a foot contusion, and he missed a game or 2. I think it was more like a deep bruise. Yea, but that's a foot. Big difference.
